At Ningbo Xinmiao, we use premium high-yield carbon steel (primarily Q235B and Q345B) to manufacture structural frames and upright beams. Q235B steel offers excellent weldability, toughness, and plasticity, which are critical for structural roll-forming and bending operations. When heavy-duty high-density storage requires enhanced load parameters, Q345B alloyed steel is utilized to provide high mechanical strength and reduce dead weight.
Additionally, our structural frames undergo cold-roll forming to create optimized geometries (such as multi-bend teardrop uprights). Multi-bend design provides a higher moment of inertia, strengthening columns against buckling caused by sudden forklift impacts or heavy static loads.
Chemical corrosion is a major risk factor for storage infrastructure in cold chain operations or high-humidity ports. Our automated electrostatic powder-coating line operates with a multi-stage pretreatment process: acid picking, surface cleaning, and phosphate coating. This creates a highly resilient barrier with a thickness range of 60 to 90 microns, protecting the steel against corrosion, scratches, and abrasion.
