Explore our highly-configurable boltless structures and heavy-duty steel shelves engineered for maximum warehouse utilization.
Established in 2015, Ningbo Xinmiao Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. is a premier global enterprise specializing in high-density pallet racking, advanced boltless industrial shelving, and fully integrated automated warehouse systems. Spanning a modern manufacturing footprint of over 35,000 square meters, we have committed more than 14 years of engineering expertise to global supply chains, optimizing storage density and warehouse safety for enterprise operations worldwide.
Supported by an extensive material and logistics ecosystem of over 800 supply chain partners and 25 dedicated Quality Control (QC) specialists, we maintain rigorous production standards. From Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to real-time stress testing, our products are engineered to comply with strict international regulatory bodies, facilitating high-velocity exports to key markets in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Analyzing modern structural mechanics, load capacities, and the materials driving logistics efficiency.
We source structural-grade Q235B cold-rolled steel, providing an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The steel profile is subjected to continuous high-speed roll forming to ensure structural homogeneity, preventing load failure. The surface is treated via multi-stage chemical pre-treatment, followed by an electrostatic epoxy powder coating (60-80 microns thickness) to resist impact, corrosion, and chemical exposure.
Boltless racking relies on mechanical interlocking mechanisms, typically utilizing keyhole, teardrop, or double-rivet configurations. When load is applied to the beam, the wedge-shaped rivets are forced deeper into the tapered slot. This creates a self-locking connection that eliminates structural sway without requiring bolts, nuts, or specialty cross-braces, reducing installation times by up to 60%.
Our boltless systems are engineered to achieve high Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) ratings, carrying from 150kg to over 800kg per tier depending on profile configuration. Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, our 18 R&D engineers map stress zones across the upright frames and step-beams to guarantee safety coefficients of 1.5 to 2.0 under full capacity.
Trace our end-to-end production flow, from raw steel coils to high-precision finished racking systems.
Tailored engineering configurations designed to handle extreme density, high throughput, and strict regulatory compliance.
In high-velocity fulfillment environments, boltless structures permit immediate modular adjustments. Scalable heights, adjustable beam spacings, and integration with gravity flow lanes optimize pick times and sku rearrangement, protecting margins in e-commerce fulfillment hubs.
Storing high-mass metal components requires custom structural crossbeams. Our longspan racking is integrated with solid steel support channels to manage heavy payloads without mechanical fatigue, maintaining structural alignment under continuous loading cycles.
For temperatures down to -30°C or environments with elevated humidity, we apply hot-dip galvanized (HDG) finishes. This treatment provides thick zinc layers, preventing oxidation and material degradation in cold-chain distribution centers.
How Ningbo Xinmiao optimizes material procurement, custom engineering, and shipping logistics.
Our facility is situated within Ningbo’s industrial manufacturing cluster. This gives us direct access to top-tier steel mills and hot-rolled strip suppliers, reducing raw material lead times to under 4 days and buffering our production schedules from sudden material market price fluctuations.
By integrating computerized roll-forming systems with robotic welding cells, we achieve dimensional tolerances within 0.05mm. Automated powder-coating lines run 24/7, enabling us to manufacture high volumes while maintaining structural consistency across thousands of upright frames.
Our manufacturing plant is located near Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, one of the world's busiest container hubs. This enables direct container loading and ocean shipping, reducing inland freight costs and securing predictable transit times to global hubs.
Engineered for high density, multi-tier configurations, and complex industrial storage floor plans.
Crucial structural, logistical, and design questions answered by our engineering and export team.
Q235B (yield strength of 235 MPa) is the industry standard for light and medium-duty shelving due to its excellent weldability, formability, and cost efficiency. For very high-density warehouses with tall pallet racking requirements, Q345B (yield strength of 345 MPa) may be used to handle high load requirements while maintaining thinner steel profiles, reducing shipping weight.
We apply electrostatically charged dry epoxy powder to clean steel components. This powder is cured under heat (180°C to 200°C) to create a protective barrier. Our coating thickness ranges from 60 to 80 microns. This thickness protects the underlying Q235B steel from scratches, impacts, and exposure to moisture or chemical detergents.
Our design and manufacturing processes comply with major global design codes, including FEM 10.2.02 (European Federation of Materials Handling), RMI (Rack Manufacturers Institute in the United States), and AS4084 (Australian Standard for Steel Storage Racking). This compliance simplifies local permitting and safety approvals for international projects.
We design our shipping packaging so that upright frames and beams nest together, minimizing empty space. A typical 40-foot High Cube (40HC) container can hold up to 26 tons of steel. By bundling frames and using heavy strapping, we prevent shifting during transit and simplify unloading with forklifts at the destination.
