The material features high yield strength and elongation limits, ensuring that frames resist deformation under maximum static and dynamic load conditions. Uprights are precision roll-formed with a multi-bend profile to optimize the structural radius of gyration, allowing upright frames to carry high loads while minimizing total weight.
Beams are engineered with dual-C profiles interlocked and continuously welded. This design resists torsional stress during loading and unloading cycles. Frame connections feature high-strength safety pins to prevent accidental dislodgement from lift truck impacts, while base plates distribute loads evenly to the concrete floor slab.
All structural parts undergo a multi-stage pretreatment process: chemical degreasing, acid pickling to remove scale, zinc phosphating, and clear-water rinsing. This preparation creates a surface that ensures maximum paint adhesion. We then apply an electrostatic thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder coating, cured at 180°C to 200°C.
The resulting finish measures 60 to 80 microns thick. It provides high impact resistance, prevents surface scratching, and resists chemicals, acids, and moisture.
